About Us

Hi, I’m Ashleigh. I started Truly Recommended because I was fed up of buying gifts that missed the mark.

As a mum of teenage girls I have spent years trying to find presents that people actually want, not just things that look good in a shop. I know how it feels to spend good money on something that gets a polite smile and then gathers dust.

So I decided to do the research properly. I spend time finding products that are genuinely well reviewed, actually useful and worth the money. Then I share them here so you don’t have to do the legwork yourself.
